Brainspotting Intensive
When you want to feel relief faster I recommend brainspotting intensives. These sessions allow us to deep dive into issues you are facing and released stored pent up emotions. What’s included: 90 minute to 3 hour session processing and releasing trauma, anxiety and other difficult issues you are working through.
Investment: Starting at $250 for 90 minutes
Spiritual Coaching
Spiritual coaching is a gentle way to accelerate emotional and spiritual transformation, connect more deeply to your intuition, and integrate your spiritual practice into your life. If your soul craves guidance beyond talk therapy, this is your space.

Yes, absolutely! I work with a lot of women who are wondering if they might have ADHD but have not yet been diagnosed.

Brainspotting is a somatic therapy that helps people process trauma, anxiety and panic to name a few issues. It works by locating “brainspots” and to mindfully process these experiences by tuning into the body and the subconscious on a deeper level.
