I can help you get to burnout, exhausted, disorganized to feeling emotionally regulated, connected to yourself, and your purpose. I believe ADHD isn't a focus issue but an emotional regulation issue. Most likely you have tried the skills everyone says such as planners and reminders and it's still not working. That's where I come in. I believe it can get better with the right support.

In our work together we will focus on healing the shame that comes with having ADHD and building tools for self regulation.
